The Golf NSW Club Support Service was launched in July 2014 to advise affiliated golf clubs needing expert assistance in key areas of their business operations.
“It is our goal to provide more benefits to our members and to grow the game for all. However, some clubs face real and immediate challenges. This service will help Clubs optimise their day-to-day operations, which will ultimately result in more people playing more golf,” Stuart Fraser, CEO of Golf NSW said.

At the request of a member Club, Golf NSW will provide these complementary services as an affiliation benefit.
Golf NSW has retained the services of a number of industry experts who are equipped to assist clubs in most areas of Golf Club operations.
Analysis by the members of our CLub Support Service Team will in most cases include an onsite visit and consultation, with an operational review/assessment provided to the Club for consideration.

Every not-for-profit organisation needs to have a constitution – a document that contains the rules of the organisation, describes its basic structures and processes and usually specifies:
An organisation’s constitution should be reviewed at least once every 3 years. To assist Clubs, Golf NSW has created a constitution template, which is gender neutral and can be used as a foundation for your Club’s constitution.
