Illawarra Pennant — The Links Shell Cove Golf Club
The home club delivered a dominant performance to take out the A Grade title on their own turf. Ethan Harvey and Thomas Holz set the tone early with convincing wins, Harvey accounting for Davyd Reeves 6&4 and Holz defeating Matthew Johnson 4&3, before Jason Kast (3&2) and Ben McEvoy (1UP) sealed the result. Dominic O’Shannessy and James King each halved their matches for Moss Vale’s sole point.

The Vale proved too strong for Kiama, winning four matches outright to claim the B Pennant title. Stuart Bridges, Corey Grief and Greg Murphy all won their games, with Murphy coming through in a tight contest at the 19th hole and Benjamin Grief adding a fourth win on the 20th. Wayne Grief halved with Peter Zotti to round out a fine team effort for The Vale, while Jeffrey Black provided Kiama’s only full point with a 2&1 win over Murray Dribbus.

Reece Brown added a 3&2 win for good measure, with Ian McArdle and Chris Minehan each halving their matches to round out a commanding team display.
