Bayview Golf Club is located right at the very northernmost tip of Sydney, on the edge of beautiful Pittwater.
A privately-owned club, Bayview is well-known for its friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Nestled among the Peninsula’s rolling hills, Bayview Golf Course is an undulating, tree-lined beauty. It is also home to the native Cabbage Tree Palm, found in abundance around the course.
The signature hole, the 7th, is a 375m dog leg par 4 where you tee off to a blind fairway with a steep drop to the landing zone, while the 8th hole is a short par 3 surrounded by the club’s storage dam and nestled against native bushland. It is home to numerous water dragons and wetland fauna.
The club’s shorter holes offer some risk/reward options, while the longer holes give the bigger hitters the chance of a bit of a crack with the driver.
The greens at Bayview have plenty of subtle undulations and can be a trick to read. Local knowledge is valuable on the putting surfaces.
Bayview Golf Clubhouse
A new state-of-the-art clubhouse provides members with a stylish lounge, restaurant and bar. There is also plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the putting green for players to relax post round.
