2026 Women’s Club Challenge – DRAW
In 2026, the Women’s Club Challenge will be a new event, aimed at providing an opportunity for women’s club teams in the below mentioned format. The event is set to be an exciting consolidation of the Coronation Medal, Bronze Medallion and Pewter Plate, which will continue to be played, all on the same day across two venues, with a greater focus on providing a sense of team morale for those involved.
The Women’s Club Challenge will feature teams of 6 players, divided as follows:
- Two Div 1 players for the Coronation Medal and Women’s Club Challenge
- Two Div 2 players for the Bronze Medallion and Women’s Club Challenge
- Two Div 3 players for the Pewter Plate and Women’s Club Challenge
Each team will compete in a Stableford format, with all 6 scores counting toward the overall team score. Additionally:
- Two Div 1 players’ scores contribute to the Coronation Medal score
- Two Div 2 players’ scores contribute to the Bronze Medallion score
- Two Div 3 players’ scores contribute to the Pewter Plate score
The event will take place at Dunheved GC and Penrith GC in 2026, with a field capacity of 240 players (40 teams). Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis if entries exceed capacity. The team entry fee is set at $250, and entries will open on 5th August 2026 through the Golf NSW website.
The person responsible for registering their club will only need to register their club’s name, a contact email address, and their position at the club; they will not need to nominate their individual players. Once entries close, I will reach out to all the clubs that have successfully registered and collect their six players’ details.
