The Golf NSW Club Bushfire Relief Fund was established to assist clubs get back on their feet following the devastating bushfires throughout NSW and the ACT.
For many clubs, their contribution to the emergency effort came at considerable expense.
From facilities being used as command posts for the emergency effort, and providing refuge and hundreds of meals for the evacuees, to watching valuable resources such as dams & reservoirs drained by water-bombing aircraft, our clubs have opened their hearts and facilities, contributing significantly to the disaster effort.
The Golf NSW Club Bushfire Relief Fund was an opportunity for clubs to directly assist others in the golfing community.
Clubs can direct some or all of any funds raised to the Club Bushfire Relief Fund.
Members or social golfers can also directly contribute to the Golf NSW Club Bushfire Relief Fund.
Any donations will of course be tax deductible.
Likewise, industry stakeholders can also donate directly to the Golf NSW Club Bushfire Relief Fund.
Donations are being collected through the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF). A donation page has been set up expressly for this purpose.

Every dollar donated to the Golf NSW Club Bushfire Relief Fund was used to directly assist affected golf clubs impacted by the recent fire disaster.
