Golf NSW is delighted to announce that the 2025 High Performance Program nominations (HPP) are still open, however applications will close on January 31st.

This prestigious program is designed to identify and nurture the best and brightest amateur golfers across New South Wales, equipping them with the skills, support, and elite development structure to become “Tour Ready” professionals.

With a legacy of producing world-class players, The Golf NSW HPP continues to inspire the next generation to chase their dreams of professional success. The pathway has seen athletes like Grace Kim, Steph Kyriacou, Cameron Davis, and Travis Smyth rise through the ranks, becoming prominent names on leaderboards worldwide.

“These players marked their early careers with success in the pro ranks, and now we see their names appearing globally almost every week,” Golf NSW High-Performance Manager Khan Pullen said.

The program’s success is rooted in the statewide initiatives and structures delivered by Jack Newton Junior Golf (JNJG) through their identification and pre-elite development programs and strategic talent pathway collaborations.

The results speak for themselves. Recent program graduates like Jye Pickin and Kelsey Bennett have successfully transitioned to professional golf and are already making their mark. Following closely behind are several rising stars like Ella Scaysbrook and Rachel Lee, who have already claimed victories in WPGA Tour professional events.

2024 HP squad members won several domestic amateur events. Along with domestic success there were also some significant results on the international amateur calendar.

With several players figuring prominently on the National Order of Merit. The program also saw improved World Amateur Rankings (WAGR) for many, as well as NSW and Australian representation in domestic and international teams’ competitions.

“Our goal is to continue identifying and developing these exceptional young athletes, provide critical support and opportunities to ensure they achieve their full potential, both on and off the course,” Mr. Pullen added.
