Golf NSW would like to provide you with the following updates to events:
Keno Let’s Play Ambrose
With the challenges surrounding COVID-19, and the uncertainty of completing the Keno Let’s Play Ambrose this year, a change to the structure of the event has been made.
With a number of club events already completed this year, Golf NSW has decided to extend this event over two years.Â
As a result, club qualifying can occur in both 2021 and 2022. Players who have already qualified will be eligible for Regional Qualifying events in 2022.
The State Final is expected to be held towards the end of next year.
Golf NSW would like to thank Keno and the various host venues for their ongoing support of the event and look forward to a successful Keno Let’s Play Ambrose in 2022.
NSW Senior Open
Golf NSW and Liverpool Catholic Club have made the unfortunate decision to cancel the 2021 Lincoln Place NSW Senior Open which was due to be held at Thurgoona Country Club Resort in late October.
This decision has been difficult given the popularity of the tournament, but with the uncertainty of the current COVID crisis, there are no other options. Golf NSW and PGA will announce confirmed dates for the 2022 tournament at a later stage.
