Monash pair Angela Eksteen and Ross Fitzpatrick have carded the round of the day, a nett 59.25 to lead the mixed section of the 2020 Keno Let’s Play Ambrose Final at Bonville Golf Resort.
The pair lead by 4 1/2 in the Division, but with the points format dictating the overall winners, the remaining competitors are still in with a chance of victory.
In the Men’s Division, Temora’s Daniel Flack and Andrew Rogan have grabbed day one bragging rights.
The pair carded a tidy 61.25 in mild conditions at Coffs Harbour. In second place are Howlong’s Max Barraclough and Travis Merritt.
With the winner determined on a pointscore, four teams are definitely within striking distance of the lead.
Pacific Dunes Angela Smylie and Sheryl Villapana of Pacific Dunes have carded a handy 63.5 to lead the Women’s Division by a shot from Coffs Harbour locals Lynda Butler and Greer Galloway.
