Nundle Golf Club is a 9 hole sand green course. Volunteers maintain the BYO golf course which forms part of the small quiet town.
Located between the Peel River and Great Dividing Range, Nundle is a historic mining village in NSW’s New England region. It is about a 50 minute drive from Tamworth and four and one half hours from Sydney.
Competition golf is played on Sundays. Tee off at 11:00am Eastern Standard Time. Visitors are welcome seven days a week at Nundle Golf Club. An Honesty Box is available on the golf course for visitors who would like to play at other times.
While in town visit the ‘must-see’ attraction, the Nundle Woollen Mill, one of the last operating spinning mills in Australia. There are plenty of colourful knits and the famous woollen socks at the mill’s shop.
Enjoy the country hospitality that the Nundle community extends to its visitors. From quirky events, nature lover attractions and to explore its culture and history, there are plenty of things to do in and around this small town.
A variety of accommodation is available nearby from tents, cabins, motel, B&B, or self-contained cottage.
