Narrabri Golf Club is located in the Narrabri Region, in the heart of rich Namoi Valley in north west NSW. The par 71 18 hole golf course is open to members and visitors five days a week; the restaurant is open Thursday through Saturday. The green fees and competition fees are reasonable.
The Narrabri course is relatively flat, making it an enjoyable course to suit a variety of abilities. However, the small greens require accuracy, challenging the more experienced golfer.
There are plenty of places to visit while in the regional town of Narrabri from shops, museums, natural wonders, and sporting activities. The town was dubbed “Australia’s Sportiest Town” in 2001. A stone and bronze ‘Sporting Wall of Fame‘ showcases the number of sports stars representing the region.
Also, the administrative hub of the second richest agricultural Shire in Australia, Narrabri has a rich selection of local produce to enjoy from its restaurants and shops.
Narrabri is located about 100kms from Moree in the north and 110kms from Coonabarabran in the south on the Newell Highway. Gunnedah is 95kms to the east and Wee Waa is 45kms west on the Kamilaroi Highway. It is 560m north west of Sydney and 560km south west of Brisbane.
Narrabri Golf Club warmly welcomes members and visitors to its club and to the region.
