Mullumbimby Golf Club is just a short drive from the holiday resort town of Byron Bay in Northern NSW. It is one of the friendliest clubs in Australia.
View Mullumbimby’s Mt Chincogan, which is also the symbol on the club’s merchandise sold at the pro shop. When you finish a round, head upstairs to the second floor clubhouse where you can enjoy a drink from the bar, sit outside watching players finish on the 9th or 18th green.
The 18-hole championship golf course challenges every player. There are many tee options to accommodate experienced to social players, children, and seniors.
Mullumbimby Golf Club is a ‘Country Style‘ based course, which means fresh air, mountain, and farming views. It also means peace and quiet, wild life, and no houses to hit if you stray! Enjoy a ‘hassle-free’ golf.
While you play your game you will notice the view to the Koonyum mountain range to the west and Mt Chincogan to the north. If you hook your drive on the 10th or the “Billabong hole” 15th you will have a great view of either some of Mullumbimby’s finest cattle farming paddocks while kissing your ball goodbye as it sails out of bounds into the sugar cane fields or amongst the grazing cows.
Mullumbimby Golf Club has great fairways and beautiful undulating greens built on generally flat terrain. It is the best course to walk on the Northern Rivers, but as you would expect, great electric carts are available for hire if you prefer to ride.
