Holbrook Returned Servicemen’s Golf Club

Holbrook Returned Servicemen’s Golf Club is an 18 hole sand greens golf course. The golf course is behind the Returned Servicemen’s Club. It is a great place for all players, from novice to the more advanced.

Once you finish your round, enjoy the facilities with an onsite restaurant, bar, and pokies. The club aims for a warm and friendly environment.

The Club is about five hours’ drive from Sydney, four hours from Melbourne, and three hours from Canberra. From Albury it is 45 minutes’ drive.

The town is located in the Murray region. It is a nice stopover on the Hume Highway between Sydney and Melbourne, and close to the Woomargama National Park.

Enjoy the naval heritage, nature walks and the course. The town is known affectionately as the “Submarine Town.” It was named after the first submariner who received the Victoria Cross for his bravery during the 1914 Gallipoli campaign.

View the fascinating collection of submarine memorabilia at the Holbrook Submarine Museum. It is also home to the decommissioned HMAS Otway Submarine.
