Coonabarabran Golf Club is a small country town located in the outskirts in Central NSW.
The Club is about a two-hour drive from Dubbo and Tamworth. It is a great family friendly club, with indoor and outdoor kids areas. Check out the 9-hole, grass green course.
The Club was awarded 2021 Clubs and Community Awards – CLUBS NSW and was a finalist in the 2018 NSW Country Club of the Year and one of the top 5 Country Clubs in NSW!
Coonabarabran is the star gazing capital of Australia. The town is by the Castlereagh River on the edge of the iconic Warrumbungle National Park, the first Dark Sky Park in Australia.
Competitions are held on Tuesday – 9 Hole Veterans Comp from 12.30; Wednesday – 18 Hole Ladies Comp from 9.00 DLST or 10.00 non DLST; Thursday – 9 Hole Business Mans Comp from 12.30; Saturday – 18 Hole Ladies comp from 10.00; 18 Hole Mens comp from 11.00; Sunday – 9 Hole Chicken Man Comp from 8.00; 18 Hole Medley comp from 11.00.
