Bigga Golf Club is located in a quiet rural setting 57km north of Crookwell, NSW.
A nine hole course with alternate tees to make 18 holes, the course covers some reasonably undulating land.
Bigga has no bunkers to worry about, however accuracy is important.
At over 660 metres above sea level, golfers can expect some extra carry. Beware of over clubbing as the sand scrapes are on the smaller side.
Bigga Golf Club is also the social hub of the surrounding 200 strong community. Word is the club is the place to be on a Friday or Saturday night beside the cosy fire for a beer and a yarn with the locals.
Bigga is the gateway to Lake Wyangala and surrounds; it is a little known paradise of the New South Wales Southern Tablelands. If a bit of relaxation away from the golf course is what you are after, you’ll find it here with fishing, bush trails and scenery to enjoy.
Travellers will find accomodation nearby. The club has a small room offering. Also available is the nearby Recreation Ground for campers, with three free nights camping available.
Photographers will love the scenic rural beauty of Bigga and its surrounding landscapes.
