Bellingen Golf Club is located in the beautiful hinterland of the New South Wales Mid North Coast.
Framed by the magnificent backdrop of the Great Dividing Range, the beautiful tree lined course sits on the banks of Bellingen River.
A ten hole layout with alternate tees to make 18 holes, Bellingen golf course is fairly straightforward. There are few bunkers, and besides the river, no water hazards in play.
The course’s greens are on the small side and raised above the fairways; a necessity to protect from flooding from the nearby river during major weather events.
Known locally as the ‘Bello Golfie’, the licensed club is a comfortable place to relax post round. The Bellingen Golf Club’s popular ‘In The Rough’ bistro offers some of the tastiest food in the region.
Visitors and social golfers are welcome. Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday competitions are open to all golfing members and visitors. Contact the club for bookings (required). No bookings required for other days.
Bellingen is on the picturesque Waterfall Way, about 30 minutes drive from Coffs Harbour, close to the world heritage listed rainforests of Dorrigo National Park. The town is also famous for its wonderful heritage listed buildings, artisan markets, and its annual music and writers festivals.
